The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of the local real estate market, and the ability to guide clients through the full sales cycle with confidence and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales leads through market visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and completed deals.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with clients and investors.
  • Stay updated on local real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for promotional activities and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the Mardan property market (residential and/or commercial).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Presentable personality with confidence in client-facing interactions.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal transportation is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
