About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Executive to drive new business and partnerships within the UAE's technology and innovation ecosystem. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who understands the UAE's startup, SaaS, or finance landscape and is eager to grow with a fast-moving, globally backed fintech.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within tech, finance, and innovation sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, CFOs, accelerators, and ecosystem partners.
- Present and demonstrate organization's platform to potential clients, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
- Work closely with the CEO and partnerships team to align sales activities with company growth goals.
- Contribute to sales materials, outreach campaigns, and event participation (occasional travel required).
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B sales, business development, or account management, with required experience in the startup, scale up, or VC ecosystem, ideally within tech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Network: Strong understanding of the UAE's business ecosystem is a must; existing local connections are a plus.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Mindset: Driven, goal oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Language: English fluency required; Arabic proficiency a plus.
- Mobility: Available for regular in person meetings or events within the UAE.
