Pay:

2,500.00 (AED) - 5,000.00 (AED) per month

Job description:

Sales Assistant for helping to achieve higher sales volume by Sales Executive, and on site sales team for a factory based in Jebel Ali for production of Plastic Hoses.

Qualifications:

Must be experienced with Building Material Trading Companies in UAE.

Experience in the following field is a mandatory requirement:

• Monitoring price, stocks, catalogue, orders on online sites such as Amazon, Noon, and techtrade hub.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Invoice for order from Amazon and Noon, and coordinate for delivery staff.
• Daily Inventory monitoring online and offline.
• Proper documentation filing as per sequence for import & export deliveries.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly sales report.
• Handling customer complaints in a calm manner either via calls, or emailing.
