Sales Executive - 5 Years Experience
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive with a minimum of 5 years of specialized sales experience in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics sector to manage high-volume clients and aggressively expand our market share in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Generate and close sales for high-volume FCL/LCL ocean freight, air freight, and logistics services.
- Negotiate and secure long-term shipping and logistics contracts with major BCOs (Beneficial Cargo Owners) and traders.
- Achieve and consistently surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring profitability and strong customer retention.
- Liaise closely with operations to ensure optimal service delivery, routing accuracy, and documentation compliance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven sales experience exclusively within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
- Deep knowledge of the UAE logistics market, port/airport procedures, and global trade lanes.
- Expertise in ocean freight, air freight pricing, carrier negotiation, and import/export documentation.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Highly target-driven and capable of managing an independent sales pipeline.
- Valid UAE Driving License is essential.
