Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.

Should have experience in Air Condition & HVAC products. Candidates having experience in this related field will only be considered, others need not apply.

Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote our products.
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team goals.

Providing Quotations for Email & WhatsApp enquiries. Making regular follow-ups for such enquiries.

Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
Understanding of the retail sales process
Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales target
Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
