Company Description
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive responsible for promoting and selling lithium battery products in assigned territories. The role involves field visits, dealer/distributor management, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell lithium battery products to dealers, distributors, and end customers
- Conduct regular field visits to generate new leads and business opportunities
- Appoint and manage dealers/distributors in the assigned area
- Explain product features, technical specifications, and usage benefits to customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with the technical and service team for demos and after-sales support
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding dues
- Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Technical background preferred)
- Proven experience in field sales (battery, EV, solar, inverter, or power solutions preferred)
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of lithium battery technology and applications
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
