Company Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive responsible for promoting and selling lithium battery products in assigned territories. The role involves field visits, dealer/distributor management, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell lithium battery products to dealers, distributors, and end customers
  • Conduct regular field visits to generate new leads and business opportunities
  • Appoint and manage dealers/distributors in the assigned area
  • Explain product features, technical specifications, and usage benefits to customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Coordinate with the technical and service team for demos and after-sales support
  • Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding dues
  • Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Technical background preferred)
  • Proven experience in field sales (battery, EV, solar, inverter, or power solutions preferred)
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Basic understanding of lithium battery technology and applications
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
