Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with proven experience in pest control sales to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong industry knowledge, the ability to understand client needs, and a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.

The role requires someone who can confidently present pest control solutions, build long-term customer relationships, and achieve sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the pest control sector.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and prepare accurate service quotations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Educate clients on pest issues, treatment plans, and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and Dubai Municipality requirements related to pest control.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in pest control or FM/technical services.
• Strong knowledge of pest control treatments, chemicals, and service processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into sales.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
