Sales Executive

Job Description:
ElevateHub is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in fit-out and renovation projects in Dubai. The role focuses on business development, client management, and achieving defined sales targets within the construction and fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads for fit-out and renovation projects
• Meet clients, conduct site visits, and understand project requirements
• Present company services and prepare proposals in coordination with the technical team
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing projects

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in fit-out and renovation industry in Dubai
• Good knowledge of the Dubai construction and fit-out market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed salary
• Commission upon achieving sales targets

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
