Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow sales for Perfect Blend café and Perfect Roses, while supporting upcoming event-related business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Perfect Blend and Perfect Roses
- Promote café services, floral products, and upcoming event solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and event planners
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support sales activities for the upcoming events division
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client data
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (F&B, flowers, events preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Knowledge of local market and client base is an advantage
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM tools preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred, if field sales is involved)
