Role Overview

We are looking for a process-driven SEO Executive who can handle On-page SEO and quality Off-page SEO execution.
This role requires discipline, professionalism, and long-term SEO thinking, not shortcuts.

Key Responsibilities: On-page & Technical SEO

• Keyword research and mapping
• Meta titles, descriptions & content optimization
• Internal linking strategy
• Basic technical SEO checks (indexing, crawl errors, speed issues)
• Page-level SEO audits and fixes
• Coordination with content/development team when required

Off-page SEO (Quality-focused)

• Manual link building (guest posts, niche edits, brand mentions)
• Outreach to relevant websites/blogs
• Competitor backlink analysis
• Anchor text planning and monitoring
• Avoiding spammy or black-hat techniques
• Maintaining detailed backlink reports

Reporting & Monitoring

• Monthly SEO performance reports
• Tracking rankings, traffic, and backlinks
• Using tools like GSC, GA, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with:
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics
• Ahrefs / SEMrush
• Screaming Frog (basic to intermediate)
• Good written communication (for outreach)
• Ability to work independently with accountability
