Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell cement products to builders, contractors, and dealers
• Generate leads and maintain client relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the supply & logistics team to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare sales reports and maintain records

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in sales (cement / building materials preferred)
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the local construction market is a plus
