The IT Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for IT products and services. This role involves prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts, understanding customer requirements, and positioning appropriate IT solutions including software, hardware, cloud services, ERP systems, and managed IT services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels. Promote and sell IT solutions such as software applications, ERP systems, cloud services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with technical and presales teams. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key decision-makers, and stakeholders. Understand client business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions. Act as the primary point of contact during the sales cycle and post-sale handover. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market & Pipeline Management

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools. Track competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare sales reports, activity logs, and performance updates for management.

Coordination & Support

Work closely with presales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solution accuracy. Coordinate with finance and operations teams for invoicing, collections, and contract compliance. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • IT Sales : 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driving lisence (Preferred)
