Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
- Explain product features, specifications, finance schemes, and offers.
- Sales & Targets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential customers through calls, messages, and visits.
- Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
- Documentation
- Assist customers with loan, insurance, and registration processes.
- Ensure proper documentation for each sale as per company policy.
- Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
- Stay updated on product range, features, and competitor offerings.
- Share feedback on customer preferences and market trends with the management.
- Events & Promotions
- Participate in marketing events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
- Support the team in generating leads and expanding customer base.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
