Job Title: Sales Executive – Jewellery

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Sales Executive with strong knowledge of Jewellery products. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their Jewellery requirements
- Explain product features, pricing, purity, certifications, and making charges
- Promote and sell gold, diamond, and other Jewellery items
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups accurately
- Coordinate with inventory and tagging/barcoding teams for stock availability
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and security of Jewellery items
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer data
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow company policies, ethical sales practices, and compliance norms
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the Jewellery industry
- Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and Jewellery categories
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented with a professional approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, billing software, MS Excel)
- Attention to detail and high integrity
Education & Experience
- Minimum: High School / Diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in Jewellery sales (retail or wholesale)
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of hallmarking and certification standards
- Multilingual skills (Hindi / English / Arabic – preferred)
- Experience in both retail and wholesale Jewellery sales
