Sales Executive - Automotive Sector (Non-Vehicle Sales)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as agreed with management.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE within the automotive sector.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and effectively manage a sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- High level of initiative, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is preferred.
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates with experience selling vehicles (cars, bikes, or commercial vehicles) should not be considered. This role is not related to vehicle sales.
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary: AED 7,000 - 10,000
- Basic health insurance coverage
- Attractive commission structure:
- 5% commission on sales revenue exceeding the monthly target
- Commission calculated on revenue before VAT
