Sales Executive - Automotive Sector (Non-Vehicle Sales)

Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as agreed with management.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE within the automotive sector.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and effectively manage a sales pipeline.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • High level of initiative, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is preferred.

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates with experience selling vehicles (cars, bikes, or commercial vehicles) should not be considered. This role is not related to vehicle sales.

Compensation
  • Fixed monthly salary: AED 7,000 - 10,000
  • Basic health insurance coverage
  • Attractive commission structure:
  • 5% commission on sales revenue exceeding the monthly target
  • Commission calculated on revenue before VAT
