Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to promote and sell banking products such as credit cards, and personal loans, . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets through direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell banking products (e.g., credit cards, personal loans, savings/current accounts).
Conduct direct sales activities including outdoor marketing, cold calling, and lead generation.
Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
Maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and referrals.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and compliance requirements.
Collect and verify required documentation from customers for application processing

Requirements:
Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
Basic understanding of banking products and processes.
