Job Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to help grow our client base and promote our full range of construction services. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients in the construction and real estate sectors
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits and industry events
• Conduct client meetings and present tailored proposals and solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM with client interactions and sales pipeline updates
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 3 + years of experience in B2B sales (construction or related industry preferred)
• Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools a plus
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Nice-to-Have:

• Background in construction, architecture,or real estate
• Existing network of industry contacts
