The Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting restaurant prospects across the UAE into loyal eatos.ae customers. You will serve as the face of our brand, building lasting relationships and demonstrating how our technology solutions can transform restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant and F&B sector across the UAE
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospective clients' needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide consultative guidance on POS, KDS, and other restaurant technology solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activity and customer needs
  • Collaborate with the support and implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in restaurant technology, POS systems, or the F&B industry
  • Strong understanding of POS systems, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), and restaurant management software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Valid UAE driver's license and own reliable transportation
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to travel across the UAE to meet clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred:

  • Native fluency in Malayalam
  • Existing network within the UAE restaurant and hospitality sector
  • Experience with SaaS or technology sales
  • Familiarity with the UAE F&B market landscape
