Job Title: Sales Consultant (Chinese & English Speaking)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Consultant who is fluent in Chinese and English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling clients, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
• Communicate with clients in Chinese and English (Arabic is a plus)
• Generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects
• Explain company services clearly and close deals
• Update lead status and customer details accurately in the CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Fluency in Chinese and English (mandatory)
• Arabic language skills are an added advantage
• Previous experience in sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
