Role Description and Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role at GlamOnYou. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the appearance of the store, managing inventory, and processing sales transactions. The Sales Associate will also work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional way, understand their needs and serve them efficiently in compliance with quality and customer service standards
• Proactively upsell and cross-sell to enhance the customer experience and maximize sales opportunities
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, neatly organized, and attractively displayed and maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall presentation of the sales floor
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our collections and pieces across the diversified brand portfolio
• Accurately take body measurements for alterations and custom-tailored pieces
• Build trust and loyalty by providing personalized service, understanding customer preferences, and ensuring a consistently high level of satisfaction

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Available to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Proficiency in English, Arabic and Russian(* Required)
