About the Role
You’ll handle warm leads passed by our SDRs, run structured discovery and demo calls, present tailored solutions, and close deals that deliver measurable impact. Beyond inbound leads, you will proactively develop new business through cold calling, outreach, and attending industry exhibits and trade shows. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, pain points, and buying processes. Present customized proposals that highlight clear ROI and business value.
- Overcome objections, negotiate confidently, and close deals efficiently. Manage the entire sales cycle from proposal to signed agreement.
- Generate self-sourced revenue by executing targeted outbound campaigns to supplement the SDR pipeline. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report progress to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, Account Managers, and the Success Team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand visibility and capture qualified leads. (Travel expenses covered).
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a closing or consultative sales role (e.g., Account Executive, Sales Closer) in freight forwarding, shipping, or equivalent.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A consultative, value-driven approach to selling.
- Preferred (not required): Existing Book of Business. An active network of potential clients or industry relationships you can tap into immediately is a significant plus.

Schedule & Reporting
- Core hours: 9 AM – 5 PM.
- Sunday to Thursday
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to client time zones when needed.
- Reporting: Reports directly to the Head of Sales.
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive Base Pay (18,000EGP).
- Commission: 15% of Gross profit (selling-buying), no minimum sales required.
