Salary: Up to PKR 60,000/month (based on experience)

We are a reputable and rapidly growing real estate organisation seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, skilled in communication, and eager to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through leads and referrals.
• Present and promote company products and services professionally to potential clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client communications.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to improve sales performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in real estate).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools will be an advantage.
• Real estate experience will be given preference.
