3ctel, a leading telecommunication services provider in Canada, is seeking an experienced candidate for Sales. Potential candidates must have excellent communication skills , a positive attitude, and a proven track record of success in sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting potential clients through calls and following up on leads provided by the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to potential clients using the provided leads list, with the goal of generating new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent progress towards meeting or exceeding sales targets..
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups, using the company's CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Follow best practices, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and any challenges encountered.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on calling.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be fluent in English

Shift Schedule - Monday to Friday, 07:00 pm to 03:00 am. Please note that it is an In-Person position and requires the candidate to be physically present in our Lahore Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
