We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team a leading document clearing service company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, customer service, and marketing, with a deep understanding of the trade license process and other relevant document services.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base, increasing sales, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth service delivery for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential clients and lead generation through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales.
- Present and promote company services to clients, understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the company’s services.
- Participate in marketing activities, such as online promotions, social media campaigns, and client presentations.
- Customer Service:
- Assist clients in understanding the process for obtaining trade licenses and other document-related services.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Keep accurate records of all sales and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide detailed reports to management on sales activities and performance.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the document clearing or related service industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the trade license process, document clearance, and business-related services is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues effectively.
- Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and social media platforms.
