The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the event management, media, entertainment, or live production industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in events, sponsorship, brand collaborations, and live productions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, agencies, and corporate partners.
• Present company services, event concepts, and proposals effectively to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, production, and creative) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in event management, media, entertainment, or live production.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Target-driven mindset with strong closing abilities.
• Good understanding of events, live productions, and brand promotions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in the 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift.
