Sales Executive

Kohinoor Jewellers is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have experience in jewellery sales and excellent customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
• Explain gold, diamond, and silver jewellery designs and features
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
• Handle billing and basic counter operations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship building
• Maintain sales records and assist with stock management
• Ensure showroom cleanliness and proper product display

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in jewellery showroom sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to handle customers confidently
• Basic computer and billing knowledge
• Male/Female candidates can apply
