Sales Executive

- Attend to walk-in customers and provide detailed information about the residential project.

- Show sample flats to prospective buyers.

- Address customer queries and concerns and convince them to book apartments.

- Follow up with leads and push for closing deals.

- Prepare agreement drafts and getting agreements signed by customers.

- Handle payment collections, issue receipts, and ensure timely updates to customers.

- Maintain sales office operations, ensuring excellent customer experience and high conversion rates.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
