Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new clients and business for the engineering consultancy
- Identify and approach developers, villa owners, contractors, and investors
- Arrange and attend client meetings and present company services professionally
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the engineering team
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market networking, site visits, and reference-based business development
- Submit weekly sales and client status reports to management
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or business development (engineering or construction field preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on targets and achieve sales goals
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Self-motivated, professional, and result-oriented attitude
