Requirement:

We are looking for energetic, performance driven, and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our growing team.
This is a dual-opportunity role, suitable for candidates with experience in:

  • Field Sales (HORECA: Hotels, Restaurants, Catering)
  • Corporate / B2B Sales

Selected candidates will be assigned to either HORECA Field Sales or Corporate Sales based on their experience, strengths, and interview performance.

Responsibilities:

· Take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, field visits, client meetings, and networking.

· Map the market, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

· Handle objections professionally and convert challenges into successful deals.

· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/sales reports regularly.

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with hands-on exposure to HORECA or corporate sales environments.

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Responsible, persuasive, and target-driven with a strong closing mindset.

· A proactive self-starter with problem-solving ability and high accountability.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

· Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
