Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through walk-in customers, field sales, and institutional clients
- Identify and develop new customers such as restaurants, hotels, caterers, bakeries, cloud kitchens, and food businesses
- Promote and sell commercial kitchen equipment, utensils, appliances, and catering supplies
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, and benefits
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close deals
- Coordinate with store, warehouse, and service teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer data
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales (kitchen equipment, catering supplies, HoReCa, FMCG, or B2B sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach
- Willingness to do field sales and local market visits
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing/quotation processes
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
