Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for joinery and interior fit-out projects. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding project requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and closing contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in joinery, carpentry, and interior fit-out projects
  • Generate leads through site visits, consultants, contractors, developers, and referrals
  • Meet clients to understand project scope, requirements, and timelines
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with estimation and design teams
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Act as the primary point of contact from inquiry to project handover
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payments
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle complaints or issues professionally

Coordination & Project Support

  • Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and project teams to ensure accurate project execution
  • Support the project team during handover and execution phases
  • Monitor project progress and assist in resolving commercial issues

Market & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Maintain updated client and project records
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in joinery, carpentry, interior fit-out, or construction industry (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of joinery works, materials, and fit-out processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Strong cliental base

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
