Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics and supply chain services
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales deals
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service agreements
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth service delivery
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates
- Participate in tenders, negotiations, and contract renewals
- Represent the company professionally in meetings and networking events
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry
- Strong knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and logistics solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
