Job Overview:
Infynect Labs Pvt Ltd is hiring Hospitality Sales Executives with 1 year or more experience in hotel or restaurant sales. We are open to junior, mid-level, and senior profiles with proven hospitality sales exposure.
The role focuses on driving B2B growth while supporting the hospitality industry mandate of guest experience excellence, service quality, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and close B2B sales opportunities within the hospitality sector
- Work closely with hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality groups
- Conduct product/service demos and client meetings, including travel to client locations when required
- Sell solutions that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Handle the complete sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve assigned revenue targets
- Maintain CRM updates and sales reports
Role Mandate – Hospitality Focus:
- Enable hospitality clients to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure offerings align with quality, hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Build trust-based, long-term partnerships
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the Hospitality Industry
- Exposure to hotel / restaurant / hospitality B2B sales
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and closure-focused mindset
