Sales Executive – Interior Design & Fit-Out (Dubai, UAE)

Harooni Design & Build is a growing interior design and turnkey fit-out company based in Dubai. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive who understands the UAE market, can bring clients, and close interior design and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close interior design & fit-out projects through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead follow-ups
• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present tailored design and fit-out solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up until contract signing
• Coordinate closely with design, estimation, and project teams
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, brokers, and developers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience is mandatory in interior design, fit-out, or construction sales
• Hands-on experience selling interior design and fit-out projects
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Good knowledge of the Dubai / UAE interior fit-out market
• Confident in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• UAE driving license is preferred
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
