Sales Executive - Cubix

Job Type: Full-time, On-site Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM)
Job Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for mobile application development services and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Work Experience & Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development within the IT, software, or mobile app industry.
- Experience selling or pitching mobile application solutions (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).
- Understanding of project timelines, LOE (Level of Effort), and delivery milestones.
- Basic knowledge of mobile app technology stacks such as React Native, Flutter, native iOS/Android, and backend APIs.
- Experience in preparing proposals, handling client communication, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for mobile application development services.
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to prepare LOE estimates, timelines, and solution details.
- Present mobile app solutions clearly to clients and address their queries.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead qualification, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and sales activities in CRM or tracking tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
