Phoenix Dison Tec LLC is a leading manufacturer and solution provider of processing, filling, packing, and packaging machinery for the perfume, cosmetics, detergent, and oil industries. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales of industrial machinery solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets
- Promote and sell packaging, filling, and processing machinery solutions
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations
- Conduct client meetings, factory visits, and product presentations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with technical, production, and after-sales teams
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive (industrial machinery / packaging / manufacturing preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to customers
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Willingness to travel when required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
