We are hiring a Sales Executive with experience in service-based or B2B sales to support our sales operations. The role involves prospecting, client interaction, and supporting the sales cycle for professional service offerings. Candidates should have the ability to understand client requirements and present solutions accordingly.
This position provides exposure to multiple stages of the sales process and involves regular interaction with prospective and existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and networking activities.
- Understand client requirements and explain GeMTech PARAS service offerings in a clear and structured manner.
- Maintain and update sales records, leads and opportunities using CRM or tracking tools.
- Conduct discovery calls, service discussions and basic presentations independently or with senior team members.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations and service documentation based on client needs.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and procurement patterns relevant to assigned sectors.
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads.
- Maintain professional relationships with prospects and existing clients through regular follow-ups.
Required Skills and Competencies

- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in service-based sales, consulting sales or B2B solutions is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
