We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our in-office sales team in Dubai.
The role involves handling leads and inquiries from entrepreneurs and investors interested in starting their companies in the UAE.
This is an office-based position — indoor sales.
Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend and follow up on daily inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins).
- Present company formation packages for Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore jurisdictions.
- Explain license types, visa packages, and setup procedures clearly to clients.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain accurate client information and progress updates in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal operations and PRO teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent client service and uphold the company’s professional reputation.
- Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Presentable and well-organized with a professional attitude.
- Computer literate (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business).
- Basic understanding of UAE business setup process is a plus — training will be provided.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple leads efficiently.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Freshers can apply – training and mentoring will be provided.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Basic Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month (depending on experience).
- Attractive monthly commission on closed deals.
- Employment visa and health insurance as per UAE Labour Law.
- Company-provided CRM, business phone, and leads.
6-day work week (Sunday off), 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
