Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated Sales Executives on a 3-month contractual basis. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, approaching customers, and closing sales. This role includes a fixed monthly compensation (inclusive of attractive incentives) and an additional bonus worth upto INR 21,000/- based on contractual term performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers

Promote and explain company products/services

Generate leads and achieve assigned weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain customer data and coordinate with the team for sales activities

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 10th & 12th Pass and appearing graduates also eligible

Willingness to work in sales

Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset

Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)

Contract Terms:

This is a temporary contractual role for 3 months only

Compensation and Bonus as per the contract terms (i.e. ₹21,000)

No PF/ESI or permanent employee benefits during contract period

High-performing candidates may be considered for full-time role after contract completion
