Sales Executive

Experience in selling Cosmetics items specially for skin and Hair care ( Hair Colour and hair Treatment)

Basic knowledge of Hair Care and skin care is preferred.

Candidates having own car and visa will be preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell professional salon products directly to salons and beauty businesses. The role involves building strong relationships with salon owners and stylists, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets through regular on-site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit salons, beauty parlors, and spas regularly to promote and sell company products.
• Conduct in-person product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and answer client questions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and staff to generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide timely sales reports.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Deliver marketing materials, samples, and promotional offers to clients.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper follow-up on orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or salon industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred) and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of field sales experience, preferably in beauty or salon products.

Compensation

• Competitive salary plus commission structure.
• Allowances for transportation and other field-related expenses.
