We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow sales for Perfect Blend Café and Perfect Roses, while also supporting upcoming event-related business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Perfect Blend Café and Perfect Roses
- Promote café services, floral products, and upcoming event solutions to individual and corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and event planners
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and service delivery
- Support sales initiatives for the upcoming events division
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client data
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role (experience in F&B, floral, or events industry preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive and result-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and under target-driven environments
- Knowledge of the local market and client network is an advantage
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM tools preferred)
- Valid driving license is preferred for field sales roles
