Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team at our Zirakpur office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and inform them about company products/services
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Generate leads and close sales targets effectively
• Maintain and update customer details in records
• Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into sales
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic issues
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months to 4 years of experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tools is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
