We are a fast‑growing furniture manufacturer dedicated to delivering high‑quality, stylish, and durable furniture to retail partners across the region. As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and lead the onboarding of new furniture stores.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new retail furniture stores and distribution partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, purchase managers, and key decision‑makers.
- Present product catalogs, explain features/benefits, and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Develop territory-wise sales strategies to increase market coverage.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery tracking, and after‑sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly onboarding & sales targets.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product performance and gather market insights.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture, hardware, building materials, interior products, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self‑motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Basic understanding of retail operations and merchandising (preferred).
- Valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler (preferred).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred, not mandatory).
