Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Representative to provide the necessary support to increase the sales volume.

Pre requisites are as follows.

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in sales and related segment

Key Responsibilities

• Actively generate and qualify new customer leads via field visits, phone calls, referrals, walk-ins, and digital channels
• Understand customers’ printing needs and recommend appropriate consumables and accessories
• Present product features/benefits and demonstrate value based on usage
• Close sales and meet monthly/quarterly individual targets
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and returns/exchanges professionally
• Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in CRM or sales tools
• Follow-up on pending leads and orders, and drive repeat purchase behavior
• Good command over English and Arabic, additional languages are appreciated
• Coordination with back office and Technical Support team

Qualifications

• Minimum: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 1–3 years in retail / B2C sales / field sales — experience in printers/IT peripherals is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
