Sales Executive
, you will play a key role in expanding Octane’s presence and accelerating our growth across new and existing markets.
This role is designed for individuals who are
driven, resourceful, and passionate about building relationships
. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and guiding them through the full sales journey. By understanding customer needs and presenting the right solutions, you will directly contribute to revenue growth while delivering an outstanding client experience.
What You'll Be Doing

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.

Conduct field visits and client meetings to introduce Octane’s solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing.

Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain an accurate pipeline and update CRM systems with sales activities and opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Represent Octane professionally in client meetings, field visits, and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in field sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

Target-driven mindset with strong motivation to achieve results.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
