Sales Executive

At Solid Exhibits LLC, we create custom exhibit environments that shape how brands are experienced on the trade show floor. From design and engineering to fabrication, logistics, and installation, we manage the full exhibit lifecycle to deliver practical, visually striking, and results-driven solutions for clients across the U.S.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our remote team and help expand our client base within the trade show and exhibition industry.

Role Overview

This is a full-time remote sales role focused on identifying potential clients, building relationships, understanding project needs, and converting opportunities into long-term business.

You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, generating new leads, following up with prospects, and working closely with our internal design and project teams to deliver tailored exhibit solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients across relevant industries
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand project requirements and present tailored exhibit solutions
• Manage the sales pipeline from first contact through closing
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth project handoff
• Maintain proactive communication throughout the sales cycle
• Contribute to revenue growth through strategic prospecting and closing

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven sales ability and confidence in client outreach
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Experience in trade shows, exhibits, events, or B2B sales is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Compensation

This is a commission-only position paid in USD. There is no base salary. Earnings are fully performance-driven with uncapped commission potential for successful candidates.
