Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell aluminum products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors
- Promote and sell aluminum products to contractors, distributors, and project managers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of sales experience (preferably in aluminum, metal, or construction materials)
- Strong knowledge of aluminum products and market applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license (if field-based role)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Technical understanding of aluminum fabrication or extrusion processes
- Established network in construction or industrial sectors
