Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell aluminum products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors
  • Promote and sell aluminum products to contractors, distributors, and project managers
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of sales experience (preferably in aluminum, metal, or construction materials)
  • Strong knowledge of aluminum products and market applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license (if field-based role)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Technical understanding of aluminum fabrication or extrusion processes
  • Established network in construction or industrial sectors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
