Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate accounts
- Promote company products/services and present tailored solutions to clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, reservations, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (hospitality, real estate, or corporate sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
