Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate accounts
  • Promote company products/services and present tailored solutions to clients
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, reservations, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales (hospitality, real estate, or corporate sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
