Sales Executive

As an ELV Sales Executive, you will be the face of the company on the ground. This is a 100% field-based role focused on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales for our security and IT infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and hunt for potential clients through cold calling, site visits, and networking within the UAE market.
  • Product Advocacy: Present and explain the company’s ELV products and services (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, etc.) to prospective clients, highlighting our technical edge.
  • Lead Generation: Successfully generate high-quality inquiries and build a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Sales Conversion: Prepare professional quotations and manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial inquiry to follow-up and final order confirmation.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest ELV technology trends, competitor activities, and market pricing to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales records and submit regular performance reports to management.
  • Customer Success: Coordinate closely with our technical team to ensure smooth project handovers and provide excellent after-sales support to clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in field sales within the UAE market (specifically in ELV, security systems, or IT infrastructure).
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE construction and commercial real estate landscape.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in English (multilingual skills are a plus).
  • Independence: Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to understand technical specifications to prepare accurate quotations.
  • Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
