We are a leading Scaffolding Contracting company based in Dubai-UAE now looking for a Sales Executive with specialized sales experience in Scaffolding contracting & Construction Industry in UAE
Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales of scaffolding systems across Dubai and the UAE.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and performance reports.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to forecast trends and adjust strategies.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, and market positioning.
  • Build and nurture relationships with contractors, construction firms, and site representatives.
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with customer teams to ensure satisfaction and project alignment.
  • Gather customer insights to support product development and service enhancements.
  • Promoting company products by presenting company capabilities and solutions to clients
  • Understanding the customer engineering inquiry to cooperate with the technical team for the solution.
  • Providing all relevant project information to other departments as soon as available.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the construction sector, specifically scaffolding systems.
  • Strong understanding of UAE and GCC construction markets.
  • Clear, simple, and customer-centric communication style.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with CRM platforms.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for growth and client success.
  • Field-based role with regular site visit
